Introduction

This Help/Handbook is Version 5.0.3.0-60. It describes:

• Topics important for understanding, installation, and upgrading of the Homer measurement and autotuning systems.

• The use of the S-TEAM Homer Windows Visualization and Control Software, referred to as HomSoft.

The HomSoft version described in this document has been created for Microsoft Windows 10 and higher operating systems.

The following sections provide essential information about S-TEAM Homer Analyzers and Autotuners.

A basic step-by-step procedure for using the HomSoft software is outlined in the How to Use the Program section.

Notes:

• Many of the program windows and dialog boxes include a  Help  button.

• If HomSoft program windows do not display properly on very-high definition monitors (e.g., notebook 4K displays), please reduce the monitor resolution: for instance to 1920 ´ 1080. You can do this by right-clicking the desktop surface and choosing Display settings.
