DM212: Fast Temperature-Stable Microwave Detector

  

DM212 is a tunnel diode coaxial microwave detector intended for industrial applications in 900 MHz and 2450 MHz ISM bands.

The detector delivers well-scaled DC voltage proportional to the input power and assures high temperature stability of the output voltage as well as low video resistance for fast pulse rise/fall times.
